1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and bedbt ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bedbt website, mobile platform, and all related services available at bedbt.org (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on bedbt, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+). bedbt strictly prohibits access by minors in any form.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of wagering.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of bedbt or any associated entities, and must not be an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must open and operate only one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

bedbt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — as part of our KYC process. Failure to provide documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your bedbt account. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any held funds.

Account Security Obligations

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. bedbt cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to our support team at [email protected] immediately.
• bedbt reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, bedbt may require identity verification. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence), recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

All submitted documents are processed with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are used solely for verification and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bedbt supports multiple payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform and may change at our discretion.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved. Incomplete rollover will place the withdrawal on hold.
• bedbt processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Delays beyond this may result from pending KYC verification.
• bedbt does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bedbt offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited upon meeting the specified deposit or registration condition and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed within the stated time window. Failure to meet the rollover by the deadline results in automatic bonus expiry and forfeiture of any bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Colluding with others to exploit bonus terms constitutes abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated winnings.

• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or operating multiple accounts — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

bedbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a solution to debt, or an obsession. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account to stay in control of your spending.
• Time-out periods: temporarily suspend your account for a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is disabled and no bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your bedbt account if gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing. Contact [email protected] to initiate a self-exclusion request, which will be actioned within 24 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bedbt and will result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate odds, or exploit Platform features in ways not available to ordinary players.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity. bedbt cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transactions without prior notice.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes in sports betting or live casino games.
• Opening or operating more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address. bedbt uses advanced detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
• Any form of harassment, threatening language, or abusive conduct directed toward bedbt staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and email support.

bedbt's determination of whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final, subject only to our formal dispute resolution process. We reserve the right to take all necessary steps to protect the integrity of the Platform and the experience of legitimate players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bedbt Platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, interface design, software code, promotional text, game assets displayed within our wrapper, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bedbt or is used under licence from third-party rights holders (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, scraped, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

The bedbt name, logo, and brand identity are protected marks. Unauthorised use of our brand marks in advertising, affiliate content, social media, or any other medium without written permission constitutes trademark infringement and may result in legal proceedings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bedbt, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — even if bedbt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bedbt makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for third-party game provider outages, payment processor downtime, or any technical failure beyond our direct operational control.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

bedbt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bedbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using bedbt and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of law recognised in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bedbt Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
